Skaneateles Conservation Area Advisory Committee meeting agenda

- Report on lumber milling by Bob Sykes for Matt Winoski’s Eagle project.
- Allan Wellington is arranging for someone at the transfer station to brush-hog the trails. They will need to find a time when enough men are available and remove the mower attachment from the tractor. I’ll be meeting with the operator before they mow, so let me know if there are any specific trails that you think should have priority.
- I removed the burdocks and sallow-wort from around the Guppy Falls parking lot. If anyone has any ideas about what to replace it with, let me know.
- There will be training for ash tree seed collecting and other ash tree matters at Baltimore Woods on Sept. 9 at 5:30 pm. I will try to get some volunteers to help collect seeds at the conservation area in late September, so if you would like to help, that training would be good to have.
